How can I get My dealer To Give A Copy Of My Original Sales Contract

By the tone of your post you have a problem with the dealer, so at this point you will have to go to the dealer in person and start with the service manager if you trust him, he can be a good friend to have. If you cant trust service go to the sales manager, if still no success ask why they wont give you a copy. Be very presistant ask to talk to the G.M. or owner (this is usually by appt.). Do not leave or go into the office as they will suggest, they want to get rid of you so other potential cust. will not hear your anger or frustration. The more you stay the more likely they will give you what you want to get rid of you. If all this fails you will probably need the advise of a lawyer because they might be hiding something from you.
