why won't my 1990 chevy lumina start

i just got a new tune up new ecm and a new moldule but my car still won't start.

1990 Chevrolet lumina 6cy 3.1L

Already Tried:
they say my injecters are not cutting on when they should. i ALSO KNOW THAT one of my wires going to my injecters a cut a little
