The driver side electric mirrow shorted out. The switch as been removed and the fuse replaced. I get a ErPr code on my dignostic unit pointing to no power at the PDC. I have checked all fuses and relays and all show good. The car runs fine other that it won't shift out of low. Is there something that I am overlooking like a fuseable link, etc. The car is a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus. It belongs to an elderly lady and has been at the local dealership for over three weeks.

I would appreciate help in getting this car back to her.
