thanks for your question. I would double check the fuseable links again, pull on them in different areas, sometimes they break inside the plactic, also check the ignition switch real close

no power to fuses #4 (feeds tail lamps, parking lamps, side marker lamps, instrument panel lamp& license plate lamp). #8 ( feeds courtesy lamp, chime for keys in ignition, glove box lamp radio & power mirrors) at back of fuse panel. 2 wires feeding #4 & #8 are black/ brownish wire. i checked fusible links of same color coming off starter relay and there is power after the link on both. radio, interior light and key warning come will sometime work but stop and not come back on. seatbelt warning light flashes 3x off 3x off continually

after looking closer at wires at back of fuse panel i'm not 100% sure that it's the same wire at fusible link coming off relay. wires at relay one is (orange with thin black)other is (black with very thin orange) wire at panel is orange but black stripe is not as thin? where exactly is fusible link # b located?

well just as i thought wrong link . i overlayed wire from link (that had both black/orange & orange/black wires) to black with orange stripe everything seemed to work but no headlights and when you put on headlight switch warning buzzer comes on. checked headlight bulbs they look ok.wonder if i have too much on link? don't see any other black orange wire coming off relay

Ok that is the tan/white wire yes? That would be for the park lamps, and they work now right? Still no power on the Bk/O wire right? If you still don't have power on the B1 Bk/O wire, you would have a problem between the fuse box and then to your headlamp switch.

i reconnected cut fusible link and car started. i'm gonna connect new wire directly to relay with it's own fusible link (16ga?) and go from there i appreciate your time and effort. i probably still won't have headlights. if possible send me a contact # .
