I am experiencing various electrical issues with a 1996 Mitsubishi Galant SE. The main issue is the car will not start without a jump start if it sits for more than a few hours. The battery, alternator, cables, etc. have all been replaced, but the problem will not go away. Also, electric windows and the speedometer randomly stop working while I am driving. If I disconnect the battery cable each time the vehicle is parked, then reconnect it, it will start. How do I identify the cause of this issue?
