1995 neno it starts when you trun on headlights it shuts off?

1995 neno car when you start it,it runs but if your going down the road and turn on your headlights the engin just shuts off right now.then comes back on.even if sitting stillif you trun on the lights it also will turn off the engin. we have put in a new pcm.it didnt help.
