1995 Chrysler New Yorker

What may cause your auto-relay fan system that keeps the car from over heating to malfunction?

What may cause your ABS fuses to continuously blow-out when you change the fuse?

Is there any other way to troubleshoot the Check Engine light without the diagonistic machine and can it be reset without the diagonistic machine?

Happy New Year everyone.Optional Information: 1996 Chrysler New Yorker 3.5Already Tried: For Check Engine light, I unplugged battery and put post together for 30 sec.

For auto-relay fan, nothing. I'm not sure what to do.
