I have a 91 dodge dynasty. The blower to the heater works fine, it just doesn't produce heat. The A/C does not work at all and the belt has been removed. Does this effect the heater? I only paid $200 for the car and don't want to put much into it. the engine is good, I just need some heat. Please help if you can.
