U say you replaced the heads? Did you replaces the heads or the head gaskets? Are u losing coolant? We need to find out if you have a bad radiator cap or possibly a blocked radiator. There are many things I need to know before I can help.
1. Is the car 'losing' coolant?
2. Open the radiator cap with the engine running. Is it spewing coolant every where?
3. is the fan coming on?
4. is there water under the carpet of the passenger side floor board.
5. When did you last have the radiator flushed?

answer these so I can better help
