Pontiac firebird gas tank rattle

My 1986 305 carburated car has a gas tank rattle in the filler pipe. When you move the pipe by the gas cap it makes a rattle where the filler pipe meet the gas tank. Is there any fixes including adapters, home remedies or other solution to correct the problem?
