i turn on my car in the morning after its been sitting it

i turn on my car in the morning after its been sitting..it runs when i push the gas it sputters and blue smoke comes out the exhaust...then when i turn it off and try to start it it doent turn on.and it smeels like gas alot of gas...what should i check?
