my car a 2000 chvy malibu is taking forever to warm up and my heater only blows luke warm. what is all the possible causes of this? and i have a question about antifreeze my car takes dex-cool now what kind is that EG or PG, Im asking becouse my work has some that red and EG along with extended life im thinking of flushig my system and i can use it free of charge but I want to make sure its the right stuff for my car, Thank you

2000 Chevrolet malibu V-6

Already Tried:
I checked my anti freeze level which was good but it was a little gummy on the cap, I have looked into getting my thermostat changed but its under the intake manifold and a pian to get to, and Ive held a thermometer up to the heater vent after its ran for a good while and it only blew about 102 deg. inside the vent.

that did not answer the my question, my question was what are all of the possibilities that would slow my car from heating up and my why isnt my heater working very well and is dex-cool extended life coolent which is orange in color compatible with rotella extended life coolent which is red in color. would mixing these couse anything to corrode any faster or decrease the life of my coolent
