I AM ASSUMING YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT AN AUTOMATIC. IF SO THE SHIFT MECHANISM COULD BE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ALSO CHECK THE FLUID LEVEL.

ABSOLUTELY, JUST WARM UP THE VEHICLE TO OPERATING TEMPERATURE. THEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHECK THE DIPSTICK FOR THE FLUID LEVEL WHILE THE VEHICLE IS IN NEUTRAL WITH THE PARKING BRAKE ON. ALSO CHECK THE COOLER HOSES FOR ANY LEAKS. YOU CAN FIND THESE ATTACHED TO YOUR RADIATOR AND BOTH OF THEM HAVE ADJUSTABLE CLAMPS FOR TIGHTENING. MOST HOSE LEAKS CAN BE REMEDIED BY SIMPLY TIGHTENING THE CLAMPS. THERE IS ALSO A SERVICE BULLETIN ABOUT SLOW ENGAGEMENT FOR THESE CARS. TO FIND OUT IF YOUR VEHICLE APPLIES YOU WILL NEED TO DROP BY YOUR LOCAL DEALER. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I CAN ASSIST YOU FURTHER. AND PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO HIT THE ACCEPT BUTTON IF YOU FEEL THAT I HAVE HELPED WITH YOUR QUESTION. THANKS ALOT -
