i have a 99 passat, it will start but wont go over ...

i have a 99 passat, it will start but wont go over 1500rpm and some times it will die if i take my foot of the gas, i try spraying some choke-cleaner then it will pick up some power, the car was parked for about a month with a full tank, also i am geting 1545 power train specific malfunction and missfire at cylinders 2 and 4 can some one help?
