the shifter is on the floor. It is stuck in park and only shifts REALLY hard. It can be moved down to reverse, but I can't do it on my own. The car was driven only 4 hours prior, so it hadn't been sitting for a long time. I would like to know if this is something I can fix myself, or do I need to have my car serviced?
