my car suddenly wont start...and its not from the battery whats going on?

The car needs 3 things to start.Fuel-air -fire.Which one are you missing?Check for fuel pressure,restricted airflow and spark at a plug wire.This is where you start.Is the check engine light lit?If so you need to retrieve trouble codes from the ECM (computer).Once you detrermine which of the big three you are missing,repost.
