HELP!!! I have a 1994 Ford Taurus That is stuck up on ramps. Was on ramps to check bottom end, now it won't move and I have to have it towed to get a new engine put in it. You can put it in neutral, no parking brake is on, and key is on accessories. How do I get this thing down?

Optional Information:
1994 Ford tarus 3.8 6cyl

Already Tried:
Can not turn engine over, so not much.Oil and lower end parts are off due to checking bearings.

Reply to James Howard's Post: No, Its just sitting on the ramps. Is there some type of safety feature on the car that makes it not move unless the engine is running? It crossed my mind so thought I'd ask. Theres no blocks behind it either.

if the brake is off, and the transmission is in neutral, you should be able to push it off. If it's been up there awhile, the parking brake migh be stuck, so it will take an extra hard shove :)
