Support the vehicle on a jack stand for safety.Take a lug nut and install it on just about 2-3 turns on one stud.Get a large hammer and a short board or a large rubber mallet. From the back of the wheel hit the outer edge of the wheel with sharp hard hammer pounding it will come loose. Some rust penetrant sprayed on the wheel contact area may may it easier to remove. Please be careful under the car your safety is of the utmost importance.

You can try kicking it from the outside but if you cause any cosmetic damage it will be visible.
