My 2000 Neon periodically makes a noise that sounds like the horn is going off by itself. Two mechanics have found nothing wrong with the horn, and I've had it topped up on power steering fluid. It drives fine, but I don't want people to think I'm giving them the horn if it starts happening while I'm in traffic.

Is the a/c on or defroster on when this happens?Does the car have an air bag I would assume it does?
