Front parking and front turn signals not working on my 1991 Olds Cutlass Cierra. Can you help

Optional Information: 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cierra 3.1 L
Already Tried:
Checked all fuses. Checked for broken wires. All ground connections to body/frame are OK. The car sat unused for 6 months. All was working before.
