Hello, I have a 1989 Ford Taurus.It just came out of hte swhop, the modulator was replaced.There was water in the gas tank. Now there is a delay whneI start the car and sometimes it does not start/ sometimes the dash lights on strong ? Sometimes not? I hear a loud thud if the car is going ot turn over sucessfully.If it doesn't fire up . The if I let is sit a couple hours , then it starts? ??????????
