what is holding the dashboard that cover your

what is holding the dashboard that cover that
DELCO radio (That I need to change). Besides the three screws located on top of it .
I almost diassamble all the lateral sides to this part and looks that there is something around its steering wheel that doesn't allow you to take it off.
