Have large amounts of water in my oil. replaced Head gasket and had head rebuilt. Problem reoccured.

Not sure if pressure tested. It was magnifluxed, machined and completely rebuilt

You can't magnaflux an aluminum head.

What's the year, make model and engine size here?

1989 240sx with Ka24e engine.Car has 150psi in each cylinder. Never had this problem with any other car.

Most often when you get oil in the crankcase, it's because of a cracked head. For a head gasket to do that it would have to breach in a very specific spot near annd oil galley and that not where they usually go. On the other hand, if a head cracks, coolant will come right into the valve cover area and into the crank case. Your car has an aluminum head and can't be magnafluxed. the only way you can check for cracks is with a pressure test. If you remove the valve cover and pressure test the cooling system, you may even see the leak.
