i have a 2003 grand am the car wont turn over, when trying to fire the vehicle no noise or anything takes pklace no clunk no whin, i have noticed as well since the vehicle will not start the vehicles whell locking mechanism does not work as well whells will not lock with key out of ignition could this be a direct link
