start ford car

The car MY mother in law drives is a 93 Ford Tempo. The factory alarm that it has is not working correctly all of a sudden. IT is the type that you have to disarm to even start the car, whether you armed it or not. I want to eliminate it all together. But I know that just cutting it out isnt all i have to do.

Are you sure that's a FACTORY alarm? It doesn't sound like it.
