i have a 1995 mitsubishi mirage i was driving the car it cut off while going down the highway. i got it home and begin to check it out i noticed when you turn the key on i didn't hear the fuel pump come on. so began to trouble shoot some more i ran direct power to fuel pump and it came on so i checked from where it is controled through the relay i unpluged it and ran power to harnes it came on so i took it to be the relay so i purchased another, the fuel pump still did not come on will the ecu tell the fuel pump not to come, if i check the ecu will it show the resitors leaking
