I have a 1994 chevy caprice ss. I bought a fuel cap with a lock from autozone. My check engine light started coming on after i would drive for about 15 min. so I put my regular fuel cap back on and its been about 2 days and all of a sudden my check engine light comes on again. Is there a way i can reset my car so the check engine light wont come on or should i get my car checked? I have had it a year and never had this problem until i bought the new fuel cap.
