2001 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Driving at any speed, front brakes locking up, car will not speed up, front brakes smoke, stop and pump them will fix problem then it will do it again, maybe 20 miles sometimes 40 miles later, same thing. Brake pads have been replaced, rotors,master cylinder still doing it.
