I drive a 1996 Saturn SL with a sixteen valve engine. My problem is my car is on the verge of overheating. When I am driving on the highway it's ok, but at slower speeds the gauge starts to climb. It appears the fan is not coming on, accept when you put the ac on. What happens is, when I go to turn the engine off, I can't get it started again until I let the engine cool. I checked the fuse, and it's fine, and I am not losing antifreeze.
