Speakers fuzzy

Hey , hope u can help , I bought a 02 si , the speakers were fine and i balance them to the right side of the car but when i center balance them on the tuner it gets a little fuzzy, any idea? when I bought the car back speakers dont work , and the car was hooked up to amplifier . he said he will take care of everything with it , and its in the contract so im not worried that bad just wondering whats up
