Volvo S70 AC Problem

My 1999 Volvo S70 Turbo had some water damage during hurricane Katrina. The battery was replaced and the alternator was repaired. Those work fine, the problem now is the AC befor the car was repaiered it worked finebut now it only blows warm air. What could be the problem? And how could I fix it?
