Needs adjusting
Sent to Car Experts August 26 07:35 AM

I have a 1986 Olds Cutlass Supreme it has a 3.8L engine. When I start the motor the RPM's rev up way to high my Altenator belt fly's off and I don't know why or how to fix it. I've done all the adjustments and I have no more money to buy any more parts. I live on a very fixed income. The motor will rev up as if the choke is wide open and it's not and the car will automatically jump into reverse. It is so loud it sounds as if the motor will blow up.
I don't believe I can pay as I am a single woman, I am currently semi homeless and my monthly income is only $300.00.
