car is shaking when I drive up a hill,and speed isn't stable

When I was driving my car climb up a hill, the car started shaking. the engine speed (RPM) showed on odometer wasnot stable, sometime it was fast, sometime is was slow. By the way, I have the sparkle plug changer two months ago.
