my honda wont start

my 1990 honda civic hb wont start when it hot out side but when its cooler it will start. i have spark, and fuel pressure. my battery is good my alternator is good, ang my starter is good. ive been told to check my main relay,were is it, what does it look like and whats the part number for it?
