Running problems

98 Ford windstar has codes cyl.1missfire cyl.4 missfire have replaced plugs and plugwires checked for vacuum leaks      none found van idles fine sets cyl.4 missfire code while driving.Sometimes while driving check engine light will flash then stay on steady you can feel alittle bit of amiss and then it will run   rough for a few seconds then be fine have replaced coil pack but didnot help the van has a 3.8liter engine.
