2000 Intrepid has trouble starting.

2000 Intrepid has trouble starting. My Dodge always started great. Now its starting very poorly. I have to turn it over maybe 30 seconds, or several attempts to get it to start. However, once it finally starts, it seems to run just fine. The car has 70k on it. I changed the spark plugs, since they had some wear, but they weren't that bad, and did not change the problem. There are no engine codes displayed. I suspect a fuel pump or regulator, but I don't want to bias you! What do you think?
