80a fuse keep blowing

my mazda 929 80a fuse blows everytime i put a new one in what could be the problem ? the car will not start or nothing else but the headlights will stay on and will not go off. when the fuse gets changed and the negitive wire is connected to the battery the 80a blows again.

Dose the fuse have any lable is there more then one 80 amp fuse??
