There is a pool of oil under the car after its parked but the dipstick still reads full, what is wrong?

This could be transmission fluid, or simply you were overfilled with oil, or there has been enough oil leaked yet to register on the dip stick.

Keep an eye on your fluid levels to see where it is coming from.

Also if you posted the year make and model in your post we may be able to be more specific
