1999 ford taurus 3.0 single ohc - car deexcelerates at different speeds sometimes it's 30,40,50,60 and runs & idles rough until you turn engine off then restart engin & seams to idle fine until you start to go down the road again and it starts all over. replaced gas filter also has engine light on took to auto zone their tester coded emmission control celenoid faulty-replaced celenoid engin light went out but still have problem.
