i am getting antifreeze into my oil pan.whats the problem?

i am loosing antifreeze and don't know where it is going.the car is not smoking.i checked my oil and found antifreeze mixed with it.

There's only a few ways that can happen. If you have a "V" type (which I doubt), it can get in through the intake gasket. The more likely way is through a blown head gasket or cracked head. This is not something to ignore at all. It will destroy the engine.
