Car won't start

I have a 2001 dodge neon se. While pulling into a head in parking spot, my car slid and ran up on the concreate guard. The tires stayed on the ground but now the car will not start. When trying to start it, it isn't turning over. A couple of people have told me that there is something with the fuel line that shuts off and needs to be reset. Can you please tell me if this is true?

The usual definition of the term "not turning over" is that the starter is not cranking the engine (like a dead battery would act); is this what you are experiencing here? Or is the starter turning the engine over but it won't run? Different symptoms, with different possibilities... <smile>
