Here goes.. I just bought my first car and it's a definate "fix-er up-er". I have a 1971 (ver 3) Volkswagon and I need to take the seats out to put new carpet in. And guess what, it's not as easy as it sounds, I looked for any type of bolts or welding that may have been put in earlier but I didnt see any. The Orignal seats are in the car but Im still lost in how to take them out.. So please help me!~ Thankyou,
