Most of the signal turn signal relays are located under the dash board, and usualy side by side with the emergency flasher relay, before you do anything first make sure all of the fuses are OK, and nothing is blown, if all fuses are ok, you can do the following, turn on the emergency flasher and follow the click sound under the dash board, just to be precise it is your emergency flasher is what you found touch the relay and feel the taping on the metal/plastic housing, once the emergency relay is found, you should see the turn signal relay just near by or could be just along the side. Some of the relay models come with a round close tube aluminum/plastic housing and the other is a square metal/plastic housing.

Note: If you don't hear any click sound under the dash, look under the hood, because some models of vehicles they put the relays under the hood, then run same test as I said.
