brake noise, scraping or metal to metal sound

i have a 2003 dodge caravan,and i just had new complete brake system installed or atleast the dealer where i bought the car said they replaced everything after 7 hrs in the shop i get it back and now after 2hrs later i get this scraping sound like metal to metal, why is this happening , is it possable they forgot to put silicon on the pads, or could it be much worse and what should i do?
