simple question

question.. i brought my car in to the shop for inspection & repairs, when i left the rear door on the right wasnt working the window would not go down or the door wouldnt unlock from the driver side control panel.. but when i brought the car in it was working fine.. could it be the shop that overlooked something as to why the door not working or is that a normal wear & tear problem.. i look forward to your expertise...
