Problem with Low Oil Pressure

I have low oil pressure when I am idling (the car kinda shimmies)...what could the possible problems be? There are 143,000 miles on my Toyota 4Runner and I get the oil changed every 3,000

What is actual idle speed when the problem occurs? Idle speed is often overlooked when diagnosing low oil pressure at idle.
