I have a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 twin cam twin turbo.When i start the car in the morning it wants to jump and buck with me. the speedometer jumps up and down. If i give it a lot of gas (floor it) at times it will works itself out but other times i still have trouble. It is also running rich. this has been an ongoing thing and i'm at my witts end because i can't figure this out. what can it be?
