1995 Dodge Neon problems

I have a 1995 Dodge Neon and I had my Mechanic replace the Fuel pump and filter on my car because it was not picking up speed, and now my car still drive slow (10-20 mph). If I do drive my car it drives slow for 10-15 minutes then it will gradually pick up speed until I get ready to slow down and turn corners, it will start going slow again. What could be the problem? Could the fuel injectors be the problem???
