i have a 1990 cadillac deville and it wont start ...

i have a 1990 cadillac deville and it wont start

i turn the key and nothing happens the lights come on i can role the windows up and down and things like that but the engine doesn't spark or make any noise what so ever any ideas on what it could be

sounds like u have a bad starter. Make sure u have batt voltage on both terminals when cranking. If batt voltage is present and the starter is not working, then the starter is bad and will need to be replaced!
