I have a 1985 Cadillac Eldorado, the car stalled out while ...

I have a 1985 Cadillac Eldorado, the car stalled out while in motion, pulled over and lifted the hood, battery was steaming, replaced the battery, no go, attempts and recharging the battery to no avail, was told it was the timing, it checked out fine, was told to check the alternator, checked and replaced, also replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure sensors, the carburator, and the engine turns but will not start, gas flow is not going to the carburator as it initially should, could it be a sensor, if so where is it located on the vehicle, down to my wits end here and ready to push it into the Grand Canyon, Help.

Replaced the fuel pressure sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, carburator,

Yes, my little brother is here with me one correction, Fuel injector sensor have been replaced, There is spark in the spark plugs, there is enough gas. We have gas going up to the injector, but the injector is not spraying out.

by priming with gas i mean spraying fuel into intake plenum and trying to start

have you checked your ECM fuses?

did you verify spark on more than 1 cylinder ?

yours does have an HEI distributor correct?
